"Be kind. Please show respect to each other as we start using the network again." Are the words on this Transport for London (TfL) poster campaign by Toby Triumph, the English illustrator from Yorkshire, who created iconic covers for Time Out Magazine in 2018, combining striking, bold colours and positive words. After the first national lockdown ended TFL wanted to prepare people for using public transport again. Miranda Leedham, head of customer marketing and behaviour change at TfL, said: “We want to reassure customers travelling on our network that we have been doing everything we can to make sure it is clean and safe, whilst also encouraging considerate behaviour towards each other. This campaign is important as it reminds us all that there are simple things we can also do to make everyone’s journey a bit more comfortable.”
